I was absolutely shocked by how dirty the corridors and stairways were, not exactly the luxurious experience I anticipated. I also expected to enjoy a lovely restaurant, but surprise surprise, they were fully booked every night! Honestly, a warm welcome gift would woudl ve been nice. guess I just don't rate as preferential enough here.

We had a wonderful time at Sandos Papagayo! Our room was spacious and came with a fantastic large private balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee with sea views. The multiple areas for relaxing, including pools, jacuzzis, and comfortable seating zones scattered throughout, made it easy to unwind. The spa facilities were a delightful bonus, providing a slice of luxury during our stay.

Had a blast at the poolside snack bar – their nachos were a total win! Enjoyed chilling in our spacious room, though the lacking storage was a bit annoying. The location's perfect for a stroll to the marina, which is super pretty in the mornings. Definitely worth checking out if you want good food and a fun atmosphere!

the view from sandos was breathtaking, and it’s just a 15-minute walk to the stunning papagayo beach reserve. the evening shows in the theater were a highlight, really professional and engaging. plus, having a pool surrounded by sun loungers and a bar made our stay even more enjoyable.
